heather's unique approach to modern belly dance will leave you with
loads of technique, movements, and combinations to add to your belly
dance, american tribal style (ATS) improvisation, and tribal fusion
choreographies.
each class begins with pilates-inspired conditioning and stretching
designed to prepare students physically for the challenge of the
isolated movement vocabulary. students may bring a yoga or pilates mat
to each class. bring water and be prepared to sweat!
